Cancellations and Refunds - Details

We understand that before you sign up with us, you probably want to know what your limitations may be as far as requesting a cancellation or service refund should we not meet your expectations.

Cancellations:

If for any reason you decided to terminate or cancel the renewal of your service, aside from making us sad to see you go, let us know the reason, for us to see how we can fill that void, if applicable.

While we try to make our services as user friendly as possible, we rely on your feedback to make it better.

You may cancel at any time all services that apply for a cancellation or early termination requests. For Servers and Hosting plans, all cancellations will end at the end of your tenure. If you request service termination within the allowed timeframes, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our billing department and we'll provide you with an answer to your particular case as soon as possible.

Cancellations on domains will simply not renew at the end of the tenure. There will be no refunds past the grace period, whenever applicable.

If your reason for cancellation is because you found a better price for a service of similar technical specifications, please contact our billing department and we'll work with you to reach a pricing agreement that will be mutually benefitial. You may need to show proof to validate the discount.

Refunds Breakdown:

For the most part, we only provide refunds on New Services Only and Not on Renewals.
There are few times where we may provide a full or partial refund on some service renewals but you will need to provide us with a valid reason for the refund to be initiated (Example: If the service was working fine during the first tenure, but due to user error or third party interference you had trouble using it after the renewal; or you decided to change to a different provider right after service renewal with us; these will not be considered as valid reasons).

In the event your service is active with an existing promotion, unless otherwise specified in our terms and conditions, the service is non-refundable.

For renewals, if you renewed within 5 days, you may be able to cancel your renewal and get a partial refund on select services only. This does not apply for renewals performed after the past due date and/or if your service was previously suspended and you paid to have the service restored for data recovery.

In all cases, if your service is over 10 days overdue, you may not be eligible for a refund as your server or domain were kept on hold during this time frame.

If your service is renewed on a monthly basis, you will not be eligible for a refund after 7 days of service. Upon renewal, if the payment is automatic, you may be eligible for a partial refund during the first 8 days. Past that time-frame, your service will be considered paid for the full term.

For services renewed for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, a partial refund may be credited back to your account only for the remainder of your service tenure on select services, if the cancellation was done within the first 5 days after the payment, if the service was not past due. This excludes renewal on corporate email and website builder plans, primarily.

For new services with tenures of 3, 6 or 9 months, you may be eligible up to 80% refund if you send the request within the first 12 days.

For services contracted or renewed for 12 months or more, we recommend you contact our billing department to find a solution for you as most cases are unique and special and need to address these accounts individually.

If you were provided with a service FREE of charge or as part of a Web Project Bundle, the service is non-refundable as it was part of a greater service. You may cancel the service, but you will not receive a refund for it. In some cases you may be provided with a partial credit for a new service signup. This partial credit applies mainly to VPS and Dedicated Web Servers. If you only payed the taxes of a free or bundled service, the tax payment will not be refunded.

Month to month service renewals are non-refundable if past the 4th day of service. You may only be provided with a credit for future service purchases or other active services renewal within the first 14 days. After 14 days, your service is non-refundable and non-creditable.

If you requested a service cancellation, your server will be automatically wiped clean at the end of your last day of service, or up to 14 days if an early termination request was issued for web hosting and servers.

If you request a service cancellation labeled as "immediate", your service will be stopped by the end of the day and depending on the date of your request you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit to your account.

Server cancellations not marked as immedate or past the 10th day of service are non-refundable and in most cases non-creditable and your service will remain active until tne last day of your service.

Most refunds will exclude transaction fees paid to our merchant service providers (to process credit cards or paypal transactions), as well as any applicable taxes.
