Protonmail, Yopmail and other Email Address Accounts

While we highly understand your need for a private email account that you can use for online transactions, we have been monitoring fraudulent signups to our BZV servers using these email services. As such, we have decided to screen possible fraud attempts with Protonmail and delete any pending orders made by users with a YOPMAIL or similar temporary email service providers.

FAKE EMAIL FROM BZV ACCOUNTS:

In order to avoid the chances of FAKE EMAILS sent from BeeZee Vision Email Accounts, you must always keep in mind that they will be ALWAYS be sent from top-tier domain name (i.e. @beezeevision.com, @bzvweb.com, etc).

Email by BZV from any other variation of our domain names should be considered fake, unless one of our developers was in contact with you with a TEST URL for YOUR specific project.

We will NEVER send emails to our users from unbranded PRONTOMAIL, YOPMAIL or any email address that does not have our domain name after the @ sign. Not even our GMAIL accounts will be used for contacting clients, as their usage is for administrative internal purposes only.

PROTONMAIL USERS:

If your service was suspended or labeled as fraud because of your PROTONMAIL account, we encourage you to contact us with your reason your account should not be considered negatively.

We understand the benefits a secure account such as Protonmail can offer. However, same as good people such as yourself use these services with the best intentions; there will be those who will abuse the security to enforce their scams with a difficult to track account.

REPORT SCAMS:

If you feel you received an email from someone faking to be us, we urge you to contact us using our support ticket system. We will provide you further guidance from that point forward.

Do NOT delete that email, as we can use the email headers for tracking down the potential scammer. We may also use the email as an example of what to watch out for.

Do NOT click on ANY links, download images, or any attachments from the potentially fake email address. Your computer or device may get infected with a worm, virus or any sort of phishing attempt.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that cyberattacks are a very common practice and should be treated carefully. Check that the email address isn't spoofed or has extra sub-domain connotations. Check that the URLs you are provided are linked directly to our servers or using our "short4.us" shortURL service. If in doubt, contact us throught he support ticket system.
