Cannot save files or get Access to the Server

This error usually happens when you run out of space.

Normally, if you try to access the server using the cPanel, you might algo get an out of space error. If that is the case, you'll have to access your server through an FTP program such as FileZilla using your root credentials and erase unnecessary files.

What are Root Credentials?
These are your cPanel username and password. You can access them through your "myBZV Account" products/services page

What should I delete?
Stuff under the cache and tmp folders are safe to delete, but it is still highly recommended that you download a backup just in case.
Also, make sure you delete old files that may be considered orphans to your website.

What are orphan files?
These are files that have no purpose whatsoever to the normal functionality of your website. An example of these are old images that were replaced by newer, more modern files. Also, if you have your old website backup on the server, download it off of your server onto your local hard drive and delete it from the server. It is dead space that shouldn't have to be used at all once your new site is up and running. The reason, because it might get crawled by mistake, and you really don't want your old site to be accessible, when all your focus should go to your existing new look.
