Unable to send Support Ticket, Registered as Spammer or Similar

If you are trying to reach us using our support ticket engine and receive a message stating that your IP, subject, message body or email address have been flagged as SPAM, is most likely because someone is using the IP range that has been known and registered by our engines as SPAMMERS.

While we try to be as leanient against visitors who wish to contact us directly through our ticket engine to request a personalized server solution, there are sadly various people who abuse of this system and in turn waste valuable time or our support staff.
